We offer personalized treatment programs for a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders, and will provide individualized care based on your unique goals and needs.  Our treatment approach focuses on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise. Treatments may include joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques.  We prescribe client-specific exercises utilizing principles of graded exercise progression, pilates rehabilitation, and functional movement patterns.  We also provide posture training, body mechanics and ergonomics training, balance programs, biofeedback, pain management techniques, modalities, and instruction in individualized home exercise programs.  Our goal is to provide you with the tools needed to help maximize your physical health and wellbeing, prevent injuries, and to enjoy a wonderful Whidbey Island lifestyle.
